Consultation – Talk to one of our sales advisers and using your needs as the base the will show you options which meet your requirements and individual style. Advising you on technical considerations such as the bar pressure requirements for taps and showers and how certain products have higher technical specifications. Also suggesting considering practicalities like whether the product you like has sufficient space to meet your needs.

Project design – Where you have a move involved project in mind, talk to the Designers who will offer suggestions to give your bathroom a certain wow factor. This is particularly helpful when planning a fitted furniture bathroom.

The designer’s can then visit your home, check the sizes, view the existing installation and discuss their ideas to create your dream bathroom. They will then finalise the design at the store and invite you to view the proposed project using their Computer Aided Planning and design system, with a quotation for the supply of all the bathroom products discussed.

In addition to the above, an artistic rendering in 3D of the proposed layout, giving you an accurate insight into what the finished project will look like.

Once the order is placed the designer will organize a surveyor to inspect the bathroom, to double check that your selected products meet all of the technical and practical dimensional requirements that your new bathroom needs. Also running through the product pst to ensure you are happy with everything within the order.

The order is then dispatched from our huge stockholding, held in one of our warehouses to your home for the plumber / installer to commence work.

Bespoke manufacture – available for specialised bathroom furniture installations.

Installation support – Advice is always available from out Technical Department to facilitate the installation process and as an additional aid to your plumber.

Where natural granite (often supplied free with selected product ranges) is to be incorporated within a design, a separate template and fit is organized once the units are in place. This ensures an accurate fit the uneven walls.
